Where can I manage my account?
Go to ‘My Account > Personal info > My Profile’, then you can manage your account.
Can I change my passwords?
Go to ‘My Account > Personal info > My Profile > Login & Security > Password” and click “Edit”. Then, you can change your password.
However, if you have logged in with your Google account, password change is not possible!
Can I change my email address?
No, you can’t change your email address. If you want to use another address, you could sign-up again by using your new email address.
If you encounter a system error while attempting to make a reservation or while using our website, please follow the steps below to report it to the ENKOR CX Team:
Click on the 'help' icon at the bottom right of the website.
Click on the 'Inquiry' button.
Select 'I'm a current resident!' > 'Other Inquiry' > 'I need customer service.' Then, fill out the form as shown in the attached image and submit it.
