We do not generally permit late move-outs.
We kindly request that you check out by the official time.

*If you wish to have a late move-out due to special circumstances, additional charges as follows will be applied.

• Moving out before 3pm : half of the daily prices.

• Moving out After 3pm : Full daily prices

However, Late move-out only can be done if there is no one renting your room on the same day.

Even if you check out late due to not reviewing the check-out instructions or being unaware of the check-out time, charges may still be applied according to the above regulations.

 If you wish to store your luggage before moving in, please refer to the link below. Please make sure to check and understand the official move-in and move-out times specified in the contract. We would like to inform you that penalties may be charged for move-in or move-out that does not adhere to the official times.

*However, please note that we do not provide storage for deliveries separately. 

Therefore, we kindly ask you to place orders for delivery to coincide with your move-in/move-out dates.
