Guidelines for Weekly Progress Reports
Weekly Progress Reports should be printed out before meetings with the sponsor and instructor.
All team members should be able to explain all items on the progress report.
To start a new progress report, create a new webpage and use the Progress Report Template.
Project Priorities and Goals
Priority #1: Buoy-Cam System
Notes: The current Buoy, given to us by David, can support the original Perfect Horizon. The original Perfect Horizon is currently running on two 12 Volts batteries for a maximum operation time of 8 hours.
The goal is to power the Buoy-Cam system for 2 weeks.
Priority #2: Miniaturized the original Perfect Horizon
Re-scaling the original Perfect Horizon down from its 30 lbs size to about 15 lbs
Overview of Status of Analysis, Design, Fabrication, Tests, etc.
We currently have a buoy that can support up to 1,000 lbs
Completed CADing the buoy and miniature Perfect Horizon prototype
