Programming is 90% done. Just need to finalize and comment the code for:

Mounted electronics to electronics base:
Safety features: Fuse-protection with enclosure to protect from open wiring at power plug
Included space w. Aluminum plate for heat dissipation in stepper controller.
GUI has been finalized for both the fly deprivation and fly trials
Matlab code for fly deprivation / serial communication has been finalized
All electronics wired to Arduino
80% done with Arduino code.
