The Total Energy Capture was calculated after running each irradiance pattern shown below.
Total Energy Capture is a measure of the energy output of the PV system. It is calculated by finding the area under Output Power (simply the product of Voltage and Current) Curve for the whole day.
The advantage of using Total Energy Capture is that it facilitates the comparison between algorithms in terms of accuracy and speed.
