LONG RANGE GOALS
4.1
Ensure that the work and daily actions of all staff members are aligned with the strategic plan, fostering a unified sense of purpose, coherence, and collective responsibility for student success across the district.

Align resource allocation, staffing, and programmatic decisions to the strategic plan with a focus on student outcomes.
4.3
Deliver professional learning that is personalized and role-specific, designed to build the capacity of administrators, teachers, support staff, and families with the tools to lead and drive student success.
25-26 Focus Goal: Launch and maintain a data dashboard to monitor progress on strategic plan goals.
METRICS
Increase the percentage of staff who indicate on an annual survey that they understand how their role aligns with the strategic plan and supports student outcomes.
Use an alignment rubric or scoring tool to evaluate programs for coherence with strategic priorities and their impact on student outcomes.
Monitor the percentage of professional learning sessions tailored to specific roles (e.g., teachers, administrators, support staff, and families), and analyze participant feedback on the relevance and effectiveness of these sessions.
STRATEGIES
Embed connections to the strategic plan within staff meetings, goal-setting processes, and professional learning to ensure all employees connect their work and daily actions to advancing district priorities.
Establish a districtwide decision-making protocol that requires all resources, staffing, and program proposals to include a clear rationale for how they support specific strategic goals and improve student outcomes.
Design and implement a districtwide professional learning framework that differentiates by role, aligns with strategic goals, and incorporates feedback from staff and families.
Provide ongoing opportunities for families to participate in decision-making, stay informed, and offer feedback through multilingual engagement sessions, surveys, and school-site communication.
