To do a good job in this role, we strongly believe that we must listen to students just as much as we advocate and speak on their behalf. We want to make ourselves accessible to students and hear everyone’s stories. We want more people than just those within Student Assembly to have a seat at the table as well. It is important to us that there is an intentionally diverse set of students who can speak on different perspectives being included in higher up decision making conversations.

Casual times for us to be available and grab a lunch and conversation with students
Intentionally inviting students across campus to be a part of meetings and recommending a diverse set of students for positions and feedback committees under administration
