"Nā ‘Aikāne o Maui Cultural Center in Lahaina was a gathering place for cultural groups, a kīpuka nestled amongst various shops and eateries in historic Lahaina town. The caretakers of this center, the Kapu ‘Ohana, are reaching out for kōkua as the center, which included priceless items, were destroyed in the fire. Many people have stayed, been fed, and shown nothing but aloha from the Kapu ‘Ohana and the cultural center, and were never asked for anything in return. Here is the venmo link for Uilani Kapu, if you are moved to kōkua." (Facebook)
