I was walking through Greece and was astonished by their way of life. I loved the architecture of their buildings. The way their buildings look so put together and very consistent throughout, it was incredible. The proportions were incredible as well. Every piece they designed was like an art piece in itself. I later learned that there are different types of orders they use in their architecture. They use three different types that are called Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian. I learned that the Greek also like to use different types of materials to build their buildings. For example, they mostly liked to use marble, but also used wood or limestone as well. As I continued my journey through Classical Greece, I noticed how amazing they were at math and science. I met this amazing guy named Euclid who taught me all about geometry and its purpose. I also then bumped into someone named Hippocrates who explained to me his thoughts on medicine and how it should be used. The way these Greeks' brains work is so amazing, they make me want to learn more. So, I do, I keep continuing my journey and learn even more amazing things about the people of Classical Greece. As I am walking, I spot a theater. My curiosity got the best of me, so I went in, and I am happy I did. There I learned of Greece's beautiful literature and the way they spoke their stories out loud. The moment I walked through the door I had to sit and see what was going on. I saw they were performing a play. They spoke with such passion that it was breathtaking. My time in Greece has been so great, I got to learn so much about their culture and how they do things. I must leave soon but it will be hard.
