REGISTRATION FEE

Attendee Registration Fee - $175*. The fee covers the cost of all programming and conference meals. This is a flat fee with no partial day rate options.  Please note:  Hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee. Registrants are responsible for making and managing their own lodging. See Lodging page.

A $25 discount will be applied to approved breakout session presenters making their final registration fee $150.

COLLECTION OF REGISTRATION FEE

Fees are collected by credit card via the registration form unless you are a VCCS employee or State Board Member * (see process below). 

Please note: processing fees will be applied to credit card payments. Registrants who prefer to pay by check without incurring processing fees, should select the Pay by Check registration ticket option to be invoiced. 

*Community College Employees/System Office Employees/VCCS State Board Members only:  No payment is due now. The business office at the System Office collects registration fees in bulk directly from each community college/SO department as opposed to each VCCS employee paying individually at the time of registration. Please save a copy of your registration confirmation for your records.
