REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES
Registration include access to all programming and conference meals (Wednesday - lunch and dinner; Thursday - breakfast and lunch; Friday - brunch)

There are no partial day or guest registration fee options. Onsite registrations will not be allowed.

• VCCS Employee = $150 (Includes one night of lodging . Refer to Lodging page for more details)
  The actual cost for the conference exceeds this employee fee. The VCCS Student Success Center supplements the difference from its budget for employees.

  • • Registration Deadline without cancelation/late penalty:  March 11, 2024  by 5:00 pm ET

    • Extended registration deadline for confirmed session presenters and award winners (no late penalties applied):  March 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm ET
      
      

• Non-VCCS Attendee = $400 (lodging not included)
  Sponsors, vendors, and/or businesses who could profit from the VCCS are not eligible for the Non-VCCS Attendee rate. Refer to the Sponsors page for more information on becoming a sponsor and earlier deadline.

COLLECTION OF REGISTRATION FEE

Community College Employees/System Office Employees only:  No payment is due now. Once registration closes, the Business Managers at each college will receive a list of registrants from their college to review before the business office at the System Office collects the registration fees in bulk; pulled directly from each college/SO department. Please save a copy of your registration confirmation for your records, should your college's business office require it for documentation.  

Non-VCCS Attendees and Sponsors only:  Credit card payment option is currently unavailable. An invoice will be emailed to registrants. Please remit payment by check with a copy of the invoice postmarked by the registration deadline:  March 11, 2024.
