In order for a new student to register for school, you must bring in the following:

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Purchase and Sale, or Lease

• Transcript from previous school

• Most recent health form with all immunizations

Please ask your previous school to send discipline records along with any other pertinent information (if coming from Massachusetts Public School, results from all MCAS tests much be included).

New students will receive

• A map of the school

• Bell schedule

• Weekly block rotation schedule

• A list of clubs offered at MHS

**Technology Information**

Medfield High School is a 1-to-1 school.

All 9th and 10th grade students have iPads.

All 11th and 12th grade students use Chromebooks.
