College Fairs
Throughout the spring and fall months, many colleges and universities participate in college fairs. These fairs are an excellent opportunity to learn more about the schools in which you may be interested and to meet a representative from the school. Listed below are the dates and cities for some upcoming fairs. GO Overseas is hosting virtual gap year fairs during February-March. Attend a fair for free and learn about diverse gap year opportunities available for teens. Keynote speakers will also be sharing their insights on the value of a gap year experience.
NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling) will be hosting virtual and in-person college fairs for prospective college students beginning in February. To learn more and register to attend, please click here.
TeenLife is hosting virtual summer opportunities and gap year fairs in March and April. Please visit this website to learn more.
Colleges That Change Lives (CTCL) will be offering information sessions and college fairs throughout the US beginning on March 11 in Boston.
Lincoln Sudbury Regional High School will host a college fair on March 18. Students and families will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from colleges, as well as gap year and internship programs. The college fair also will offer free webinars on college admission topics beginning on March 13.
Six Colleges (Amherst, Bowdoin, Carleton, Pomona, Swarthmore, and Williams) is offering a free virtual event for high school families and educators on March 14. Please visit this website to learn more.
The Education Cooperative is hosting a college fair at Westwood High School on March 29. Families are asked to register in advance.
15 on the 15th: Liberal Arts Colleges Across the U.S. is a group of 15 colleges that will be offering virtual events for prospective students on the 15th of each month from April-November 2023. This group includes Bates College, Skidmore College, Wesleyan University and others. For additional information and to register, please read here.
Coalition for College Virtual Workshops and Panel Discussions
Multiple panel discussions covering a wide range of topics related to the college search and application process, as well as workshops, are now available. Parents and students are encouraged to attend.
MEFA (Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority) is offering events for both parents and students. Learn about college financing options, college admission and more.

Pre-register for several National College Fairs!
By pre-registering for these fairs, your information is saved in an electronic format allowing you to spend less time filling out information for colleges and more time speaking with admission representatives. Colleges will be able to scan a barcode carrying your information which will then allow schools to import your student information directly into their respective data management systems.
