6 Things that Students/Staff can do to stay active
1.) Schedule Time for Physical Activity - need to make a schedule and stick to it. Be specific about your times.
2.) Be Prepared for Resistance - and Push Through It - Getting started is the hardest part. Lean on Nike here ...Just Do it
3.) Create Physical Boundaries - Create a space for your workouts
4.) Eliminate Distractions - Turn off your computer, put your phone/iPad away
5.) Keep It Social - Workout with a friend through Zoom, Face Time or something else.
6.) Lower Your Expectations - Don't need to try to set personal records. Working out will help you feel better but it is not a miracle cure
