For the Students

If you would like me to write you a letter of recommendation, please send me an email request at leahfabianosmith@email.arizona.edu. Please provide me with:

(1) the list of schools you are applying to;

(2) the deadlines for each school;

(3) if the recommendation will be submitted via email web link or snail mail;

(4) any pdf forms that have to be submitted with your letter as well as addressed and stamped envelopes, and

(5) the grade you received in my class (if you took class from me).

Please highlight deadlines that occur before the new year or shortly thereafter. I do not need resumes and such because I write letters based on what I know of you personally, as a student and/or a researcher in my lab.
