Lifetime Fitness II (0416) Credit .5
Students are provided the opportunity to continue to develop skills and knowledge in individual and small group activities that can be performed throughout a lifetime. This course may include, but is not limited to, the following activities: climbing elements, nutrition, body image, mental health, ZUMBA, tennis, water aerobics, yoga, Pilates, bowling, body sculpting, step aerobics, dance, badminton, hiking, self-defense, golf, circuit training, weight room training, TRX, spinning, ice skating, ropes course, archery and paddle boarding.
A fee may be required for optional field trips. This course may also require extra time outside of the regular scheduled block, usually during lunch.
