This course will be geared towards lifetime physical activities that promote physical and mental wellness. This course may include, but is not limited to, the following activities: ZUMBA, tennis, water aerobics, yoga, Pilates, bowling, body sculpting, step aerobics, dance, badminton, hiking, self defense, golf, circuit training, weight room training, TRX, spinning, ice skating, ropes course, archery and paddle boarding.

A fee may be required for optional field trips. This course may also require extra time outside of the regular scheduled block, usually during lunch.
