This course acquaints students with sewing techniques beginning at their present level. It requires that they complete a minimum of two sewing projects. Clothing projects include one pattern project and one patch- work and/or a recycle project. Fashion terminology and selection and care of clothing are also emphasized. This is largely a lab course with few homework assignments.
