This hands-on course is designed for students who have taken at least one credit in Culinary Arts and are interested in developing advanced skills and knowledge in the food service industry. Students will learn the basics of mass food preparation, menu planning, plate presentation and garnishing, leadership and management, and event planning. Students will cater school and community events as a component of the course.

Prerequisite: 1 credit in Culinary Arts or teacher approval.
