本シンポジウム終了後、講演者や参加者同士の交流を深める場として、懇親会を開催いたします。
ぜひご参加いただき、分野を超えたネットワーキングの機会としてご活用ください。
※参加は事前申込制・先着順です。

A reception will be held following the symposium to provide an opportunity for further interaction  and networking among speakers and participants.
We warmly encourage your participation.
Please note that advance registration is required and that the number of spots is limited (first come, first served).

会場：ホテルマイステイズ札幌アスペン（札幌市北区北８条西４－５）

Date & Time: Thursday, October 2, 2025, 18:30～20:30

Venue: Hotel MyStays Sapporo Aspen (5, Kita 8-jo Nishi 4-chome, Kita-ku, Sapporo)  

会費：７,０００円（変更予定あり）

※当日シンポジウム受付にてお支払いください。

Participation Fee: ¥7,000　(subject to change) 

Please pay at the symposium reception desk on the day of the event.

申込方法  

懇親会への参加をご希望の方は、9月3日（水）までにシンポジウム参加登録をお済ませください。

登録された方へは、8月18日以降、順次懇親会申込フォームをご案内いたします。

※懇親会の申込は先着順となりますので、お早めにお申し込みください。 

How to Register

To attend the reception, please complete your symposium registration by September 3.
The reception registration form will be sent from August 18 to registered participants.
Reception registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, so please apply early.

【ご注意 / Important Notes】

・申込締切後のキャンセルにつきましては、会費をご負担いただきます。

・当日の飛び入りでのご参加はご遠慮くださいますようお願いいたします。

・懇親会への参加は、本シンポジウム参加者に限ります。

Please note that cancellations after the registration deadline will incur the full participation fee. 

Same-day, walk-in participation for the reception will not be accepted.

The reception is open only to registered participants of the symposium. Thank you for your understanding.
