About Poster presentation  Please check the following before submitting your application. 

対象者

　北海道大学の学生・教職員に限らず、広く研究者、学生の発表を募集します。

発表内容

・ソフトマテリアルや新素材、それらの応用方法などを含む次世代ソフトマテリアル共創拠点との共同研究を目指せる研究

・異なる専門分野の方に伝わるようにわかりやすい内容での作成をお願いいたします。 

ポスターの作成

・発表１件につき、A0サイズ１枚分のスペースをご用意いたします。A3などを複数枚掲示も可能です。

・少し離れても見える文字・図表のポスターの作成をお願いいたします。 

会場でのポスター掲示

・ポスター掲示のための養生テープなどの文具類は会場でご用意いたします。

・当日10月2日9時からポスターを掲示できます。

・当日10月2日午後にポスターセッションのコアタイムを設けます。コアタイム中はポスターの前で発表を行ってください。

・終了後、当日18時までにポスターを撤去してください。18時以降に掲示されているポスターは主催者側で回収・廃棄します。

・ポスターはご自身で印刷し会場までご持参ください。ポスターの郵送等での事前受付は行っておりませんのでご了承ください。 

・ポスターの掲示や展示の準備は発表者ご自身でお願いいたします。

・ポスター会場での電源供給はありません。

注意事項

・申込完了後に「C3-SMARTシンポジウム2025ポスター発表登録」の件名でメールが届きます。メールが届いていない場合は申し込みが完了していないため、発表ができません。メールが届かない場合は、お問い合わせください。

・原則、申し込み後の変更はできません。誤りがないよう入力をお願いいたします。

・ポスター申し込みの際にご記入いただいた内容が、本シンポジウムの開催趣旨に適さないと主催者が判断した場合には発表をお断りすることがございます。

Eligible Participants

We welcome presentations not only from students and faculty members of Hokkaido University, but also broadly from researchers and students outside the university.

Presentation Content

・Research that has potential for collaboration with the Co-Creation Core for Soft Materials Aspiring Research & Translation (C3-SMART), including topics such as soft materials, new materials, and their applications.

・Please ensure the content is easy to understand for researchers from different academic backgrounds.

Poster Preparation

・One A0-sized space will be provided per presentation. It is also acceptable to post multiple A3 sheets.

・Please create posters with text and graphics that are legible from a distance.

Poster Display at the Venue

・Stationery items such as masking tape for mounting posters will be provided at the venue.

・Posters may be put up starting at 9:00 AM on October 2.

・A core time for the poster session will be scheduled in the afternoon of October 2. Please stand by your poster and present during this time.

・Posters must be removed by 6:00 PM on the same day. Posters left after 6:00 PM will be collected and disposed of by the organizers.

・Please print and bring your own poster to the venue. We do not accept posters sent in advance via mail.

・Setup and display of posters must be done by the presenters themselves.

・Please note that no power supply will be available at the poster venue.

Important Notes

・After submitting your application, a confirmation email titled “C3-SMARTシンポジウム2025ポスター発表登録” will be sent. If you do not receive this email, your registration is not complete and you will not be allowed to present. Please contact us if you do not receive the email.

・In principle, changes cannot be made after registration. Please enter your information carefully to avoid errors.

・If the content of your application is deemed inconsistent with the objectives of the symposium by the organizers, your presentation may be declined.
