Please use the resources below to learn more about accessing Technology Support at your building.

How can students and parents receive Technology Support?

For technical support, elementary and middle school students and parents are encouraged to reach out to their teacher and building Technology Aide (TA) for immediate support. When an email is submitted, the TA will work to troubleshoot the problem and create a work ticket if needed so the issue can be assigned to the appropriate staff member.

York students should visit the TSI class in A232 or email TSI.

For curricular or instructional questions, parents and students are urged to contact their teacher(s) or case manager(s).

How can staff members receive Technology Support?

All staff members also have access to our internal ticking system Solar Winds. You can access Solar Winds by opening a new tab in chrome, selecting the app launcher (or "waffle") and launching the Solar Winds shortcut from the dropdown menu.

Elementary & middle school teachers looking for assistance are encouraged to reach out to their building TA as a first point of contact.

York teachers should utilize Solar Winds.

How can I repair my device?

Elementary and Middle School - Students should report any damage or issues to their school's TA.

York High School - Students should bring their Chromebook to the Technology Services Internship (TSI) classroom for technical support and repair. TSI is located in room A232 and it is open periods 1, 2, 4, and 8. TSI help is also available a few minutes before and after school.

Students in York Technology Services Internship class (TSI) will, under the guidance and supervision of the TSI teacher, assess damage, perform the repair, and notify the student of the repair completion and cost if not covered by the Chromebook Protection Plan (CPP). See the York TSI Repairs web page for details about the CPP and parts costs.
