You can hold the power button on the Chromebook to power the device off. This is typically the most upper right key on the keyboard. You can also click on the "Clock" on the Chromebook Shelf and click the power button. This will display options including Power Off.

You can restart your Chromebook by pressing the refresh key and the power key at the same time. This will reboot your Chromebook.
