The first step is to open the Chrome Browser Settings. Once you have that open, make sure to select the 'Advanced' drop down.
Under the advanced section, select "Privacy and Security"
The very last option under this section should read "Clear Browsing Data"
Select that option
This pop-up should appear.
In the box highlighted by red in the screenshot to the left, there is an option to select "Time range"
Select "All Time" from the list of options so it will clear the most excess data
Make sure that the two bottom boxes are checked. This will ensure the cache is actually cleared out.
Just Select the "Clear Data" button at the bottom and you should be good to go!
