Peanut Butter Drive

Help us feed students in need right here in Eldon, Missouri.

The Mustang Pack Program is a self-funded weekend food program in Eldon, Missouri. The program is funded through grants and donations (both cash and in-kind) from the community. We would not be able to function without the generous support of our volunteers and community. We're lucky to have them!

Each week, students from our Alternative High School, Mustang Academy, pack bags of food for delivery. Each pack has two entrée items, two breakfast items, two fruits/vegetables, two snacks, and, once a month, a jar of peanut butter. Volunteers deliver totes full of packs to the schools. School staff and more volunteers distribute the packs for students to take home with them on Fridays.

Throughout February, we will be conducting a peanut butter drive for the Mustang Packs program. You can get your church, your business, your program, your organization, your family, or just yourself involved in the Small Town, Big Heart Month of service just by donating a jar, or two, or MORE of peanut butter to the program.

Donation bins will be located at Lloyd Belt, Gerbes, and Woods throughout the month of February. We're encouraging all donating groups, clubs, businesses, organizations, families, individuals etc. making donations to drop by the Small Town, Big Heart Mural at North and Maple to take a photo and share that with us via Facebook or email.
