8.The wine making process.

Harvest

The harvest is in August and September. In the old days, it was harvested by hand and now it is done by machine

The carrier and the dough

Before they put the grapes on the carrier, they pressed them to fit more in it. But they realize what was just beginnig to ferment, and they stopped doing it. Now how much or they harvest or they put witch very smol boxes because the grapes don't crumble and or have the do very fast so that it does not ferment.

It served to trample the grapes and also to separate the branches

The press

is where they put the grapes that came from the trampler. Once there they were pressed and the must was coming out.

The boot of wine

They put the must inside the barrel to make the fermentation prose. Once done, they were packed and packed. According to the wine, they kept it longer than the others and then cleaned it, so it was so big

White wine

It is made with white grapes paired with the skins and while it is fermented.

Rose wine

It is made of black grapes, after being pressed, they are mixed with the skins. They leave it on for the nessessial time to take on a rosy tone and taste

Red wine

It is the same prose as rosé wine but they leave the skins longer and in some cases do not remove them
