Where do I sign up for the SAT?

When should a student take the SAT?

  • Students who plan to attend college after high school graduation can begin taking the ACT at any time. We recommend you take the exam for the first time at the beginning of your Junior year.

How much does the SAT cost?

  • SAT test is $55 or it can be paid for with a fee waiver (see Mrs. Almond for fee waivers)

How do I pay when I register online?

  • Online registrations must be paid by debit/credit card or an fee waiver.

What should I bring with me on test day?

  • Your Admission Ticket

  • Acceptable photo ID

  • Two No. 2 pencils with erasers (Not Mechanical Pencils)

  • An approved calculator

  • Please note: You will NOT be able to test without your admission ticket and an acceptable photo ID.

Optional Items Include:

  • Breakfast before you arrive (We strongly encourage you to eat and not be hungry during your test)

  • A watch (without an audible alarm)

  • A drink or snacks for your break
