Tampa is sending converter, adapters and keyboard stand via the Artists. Most of the travel is via road so easy to transport keyboard stand. Only concern will be for any flight travel.
In summary, here is a list of items to be provided by: Artists: All music instruments and computer for their own use Audio Vendor: Mixer, monitors, microphones, connecting audio/video cables. Chapters: Table/Riser, laptop (and required audio/video cable) for showing Ekal slides/video, projector, projector screen.Each chapter should coordinate the requirements with the Audio Vendor and the Auditorium Technician and sort out well in advance who does what.

Stage Requirement: Instead of Riser/platform Tabla player prefers a simple table. Please arrange for 1 TABLE (Tabla player) and 4-5 CHAIRS for the Artists.
