Zoom is an approved platform for Staff Meetings only. Their recent changes on 3/18/20 to their terms of service do not make clear if it is HIPPA, FERPA, and COPPA compliant. Therefore, ISBE has advised that ZOOM should not be used to provide direct LIVE instruction to students. You may use ZOOM to create pre-recorded instruction or tutorials. However, you may not use this platform to meet with students. See below for some useful information and tutorials.
