Google Drive is the My Documents of the cloud. It is a way for you to organize all the materials you are making and want to store for professional or student use. Think of this as that file icon on your computer toolbar. Except, rather than being store on your computer which can break at anytime and only you have access to, it'll be store in the cloud. It'll be accessible anywhere you can login: your laptop, desktop, iPad, phone, at home, school, or the library. You can share with anyone your want--or no one at all. I like to think of Google Drive as a filing cabinet. In your cabinet, you may have those giant accordion folders and more folders inside of those. Then you may have individual papers your individual file folders. Google Drive is the electronic equivalent of that! Organize it in a way that makes sense to you.
