Google is so much more than just a way to search for that new pair of shoes you want. It is a suite of serveries that includes word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, and data collection software. It allows for email, voice, and text messaging communication. It is a storage system and a way to share information. It's a friendly website creator (like this one). It includes a way to organize your classroom and present information to students and parents. And guess what? You can learn this all at home by working your way through user friendly modules. There are Google Certified Educators levels 1 and 2, Google Certified Educators, Google Certified Innovators, and general Google Certified G Suite specialists.
