参加費のお支払いでお困りの方
-How to Pay Registration Fee-
■参加申込と参加費の支払い期限は2024年6月8日までです
■2024年4月22日18:59(日本標準時間)までにお支払いいただくと，早期割引が適用されます
■お支払い方法はPayPalになります（PayPalが使用できず、お支払い方法でお困りの方はお問合せ窓口までご連絡ください）
■The deadline for participation application and payment of participation fee is June 8, 2024.
■Early bird discount will be applied if payment is made by April 22, 2024, 18:59 (JST), April 21, 2024, 23:59 (HST)
■Payment method is PayPal (If you cannot use PayPal and have trouble finding a payment method, please contact the inquiry desk)
①アブストラクトを投稿しており、既に参加登録は済ませている方
1. 自分のアカウントにログインします（https://www.gewexevents.org/login/）
2. “Edit/Finalize Your Submission” ページに移動します
3. “Edit Entry”をクリックします (下記の画像を参照)
4. “Payment ” セクションまでスクロールします(下記の画像を参照)
5. 支払いたい内容を選択します “Full Week registration”(下記の画像を参照)
6. スクロールしてUpdateのボタンをクリックします (下記の画像を参照)
7. ステップ 3 ～ 6 を繰り返して、すべての変更が保存されたことを確認します
8. ページの上部近くに、未払い残高を示す青いボックスが表示されます 「ここをクリック」をクリックすると PayPal に移動します（下記の画像を参照）
①Those who have submitted an abstract and have already registered to participate.
１．Login to your account at https://www.gewexevents.org/login/
２．Go to the Edit/Finalize page.
３．Click on Edit Entry (see image below)
４．Scroll down to the Payment section. (see image below)
５．Choose the type of registration you would like to pay to “Full Week registration”. (see image below)
６．Scroll down a bit and click on Update (see image below)
７．Repeat steps 3 to 6 to make sure all changes have been saved.
８．Near the top of the page you should now see a blue box with the outstanding balance. Click on “ click here” to be directed to PayPal.(See image below)
②新規に参加登録のみをご希望の方
1. GEWEXのアカウントを作成し、ログインします（https://www.gewexevents.org/login/）
2. GEWEX-OSC2024のページで“REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION”をクリックします

3. 参加申込フォームに従って支払いを完了してください（下記の画像を参照）
②Those who only wish to register as a new participant
1. Create a GEWEX account and log in (https://www.gewexevents.org/login/)
2. Click “REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION” on the GEWEX-OSC2024 page
(https://www.gewexevents.org/meetings/gewex-osc2024/registration/registration/)
3. Complete the payment according to the participation application form (see image below)
