Who are we?

We are the Einstein Educators Collective (EEC), a dedicated group of teachers and educators at Albert Einstein Academies. Our mission is to work together to enhance the educational experience for our students and strengthen our school community. By uniting as a collective, we aim to advocate for positive changes that benefit both educators and students.

We represent all credentialed educators at AEA and are committed to taking everyone's voice into account. We believe that when teachers are supported and valued, our students thrive. Through collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to excellence, we strive to make AEA the best it can be for everyone

EEC Bargaining Team (2026/27 TBD)

Our bargaining team is made up of dedicated educators representing a variety of grade levels, subjects, and school sites across Albert Einstein Academies. Throughout the 2025–26 school year, this team successfully negotiated our first Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), establishing a strong foundation for educator voice, collaboration, and advocacy.

For the 2026–27 school year, a new bargaining team will be formed from EEC members. The team will represent educators in negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and up to three contract articles. By bringing together diverse perspectives from across our schools, the bargaining team works to ensure that educator priorities are heard and that decisions support both staff and student success.
