Our bargaining team is made up of dedicated educators representing a variety of grade levels, subjects, and school sites across Albert Einstein Academies. Throughout the 2025–26 school year, this team successfully negotiated our first Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), establishing a strong foundation for educator voice, collaboration, and advocacy.

For the 2026–27 school year, a new bargaining team will be formed from EEC members. The team will represent educators in negotiations regarding salary, benefits, and up to three contract articles. By bringing together diverse perspectives from across our schools, the bargaining team works to ensure that educator priorities are heard and that decisions support both staff and student success.

The EEC is seeking members interested in serving on the 2026–27 Bargaining Committee. Committee members will help gather member feedback, establish bargaining priorities, and participate in negotiations related to salary, benefits, and up to three contract articles.
