Synopsis of the September 10, 2024 Board Meeting:

The Einstein Educators Collective (EEC) provided an important update following their presentation to the AEA Board of Trustees on September 10, 2024. Sandra Schmengler-Saba outlined the key priorities for the first contract negotiations, emphasizing the connection between teacher working conditions and student success. Adam Saba introduced the bargaining team, comprised of passionate educators from across campuses, committed to advocating for fair conditions and support for all staff.

The team will soon begin negotiations, working hard to represent the priorities that matter most to our educators. We thank you for your continued support and urge everyone to stay involved.
