DAY 60 - 61

Substitute Teacher - Gavin Q on Monday

    • Communications Careers Assignment

    • Do 4 different careers from the list. Answer the questions (1 career per page) on the worksheet on Google Classroom.

    • If they get finished with the careers assignment, then they are to update their Online portfolio website. Create new graphics for the header of each page of their website (Audio, Video, Graphic Design, About Me)

    • They also will need to create a “Podcasting” section in the audio area of their website

DAY 62 - 63

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY (WED)Substitute Teacher - Gavin Q on Wednesday and Thursday

    • Set-up Anchor Account

      • Set up anchor account first on the chromebook!

      • There is a video posted demonstrating how to do this.

        • Anchor.fm Website

        • Only 1 podcast per account

        • one person's school email (create a password that we can share with your group and me)

        • Set up the podcast, upload cover art, add intro and outro that you created with garage band.

    • Podcast Recording Day

        • Finish Cover Art / Introduction (Garage Band)

        • Planning

        • Start recording segments

    • Podcast

        • Continue Recording

    • Start figuring out how to publish to spotify.

    • Continue updating their website with graphics, etc.

    • You will turn in a link to me next class.

    • Have students share with me the link to their website via Google Classroom.
