  • Enroll in Google Classroom

  • Introduce Google Classroom

    • • Go over Google Classroom Areas (Stream, Classwork, People, Grades, To-Do)

      • Explain that "returned" on Google Classroom means I put the grade in Skyward.

  • Pass out Class Syllabus

    • • Need to have parents fill out the Syllabus agreement form that is on Google Classroom.

      • Positive Attitude. Participation.

  • Mr. Paxton Pop Quiz

    • • Discussion of results and answers

  • Emphasize the Accountability rule.

  • Go over and explain mrpaxton.com website.

  • Set up SecurlyPass Favorites

  • Go over Class Syllabus and Class Introduction Prezi

  • Talk about Fire, Tornado, Lockdown procedures.

  • Begin Chromebook Introduction

  • Chromebook Introduction

    • • Put Google Classroom, Skyward, Aleks and other useful links on the chromebook shelf

  • Demonstrate pixlr.com, photoscissors.com, and cooltext.com

  • PIXLR GRAPHICS

    • • Use Pixlr Editor on your chromebook to create your graphic using layers.

      • Save the graphic as a JPG to your chromebook and turn it in on Google Classroom.

      • Create two graphics.

        • • 1 either EH related or Tech related

          • 1 anything you want

      • Graphics must be 1200 x 600 in size

      • Graphics must have:

        • • a background

          • a cooltext wording

          • a picture that was cropped out using photoscissors
