STEA2M lessons are tailored to each grade level’s standards and their current projects. Teachers use weekly Professional Learning Communities, common planning times, county-wide, and community collaboration to share information to engage all students. Furthermore, students are provided a voice through sharing feedback and suggestions to improve STEA2M-related activities for future classes.

During PLC, teachers are provided dedicated time to work on interdisciplinary lessons. They document studies incorporating the different content areas so that the other subjects can help with their content. In addition, the teachers have shared these lessons for others to see how they are using the different content areas. This information is found on the teacher HUB for all teachers to provide feedback.
