According to the Open Doors 2024 report, published by the Institute of International Education (IIE):

3.256 Ecuadorian students are currently enrolled in universities and colleges in the United States.
Ecuador ranks 38th among the countries that send the most students to the United States.
The states that receive the most Ecuadorian students are: Florida, New York, Massachusetts, Texas and Utah.

These data reflect the growing interest of Ecuadorian students to access quality education and academic opportunities in U.S. institutions.

ECUADOR'S IMPACT AT OUR FAIRS

In 2025 the EducationUSA South American Fair in Ecuador reached more than 6,000 students and featured the participation of 28 U.S. Higher Education Institutions.
