Sydney Zoo is opening a new, interactive enclosure. The enclosure will contain Lego versions of the animals in the Zoo, aimed at providing a fun hands on experience for young people at the Zoo.
Your business has been selected to produce the Lego style animals, but before you can 3D print the animals you need to show the people at the Zoo your design process.
You are to select one animal, and create a Lego concept of the animal. You will produce concept sketches and submit them to your teacher for review, before transferring them to digital designs using CAD software (OnShape).
When you have completed your 3D model, and had it approved by your teacher, your animal will be 3D printed.
This entire process needs to be presented in your digital design folio. Your folio should be produced to look professional, and align with the theme of the project.
Your first task is to create a new page in your website titled 'statement of intent', and state your intentions for this project. Your work should be approximately 3 lines long. Use the information above to help craft your statement.
