Meet Teigan Van Roosmalen.

Since completing her HSC and leaving Terrigal High School in 2009 Teigan, who is legally blind and deaf has competed at two para Olympics, toured Europe alone for four months and has now trained to be a remedial massage therapist.

Watch the video and listen to Teigan’s inspirational story.

Teigan's message for the students of Terrigal High School is:

Don’t wait for things to get easier, simpler, better. Life will always be complicated. Learn to be happy right now. Otherwise, you’ll run out of time.

ENERGY IS CONTAGIOUS. BE CONSCIOUS OF WHO YOU GIVE AND RECEIVE YOUR ENERGY TO & FROM.

I believe you are the average of the people, content, and knowledge you consume. Feeling grateful today for everyone in your life, those who support you from near and far.

We are all in this together.

All the very best to everyone at Terrigal High School but especially year 12 and your HSC.
