Jackson, Ella and Max enjoyed three days in the Blue Mountains and Bathurst with Mr Springfield and students and staff from other small schools in the Hunter. They had PERFECT weather and conditions for experiencing some of the best locations and learning about the history of these places. From The Three Sisters to the Scenic Railway and Skyrail at Katoomba, to panning for gold and exploring the train museum in Bathurst, the trip was filled with fun, information, dancing and the opportunity to make many new friends.
The much-anticipated, always-rewarding annual visit to the Life Education van occurred today. The children were excited, as usual, to see Healthy Harold and ask him some questions. Along with having fun with the friendly giraffe, the younger students learnt a lot about how to have positive relationships, while the primary class explored how to be cyber wise.
