Why we chose the capture/recapture method?

The capture/recapture method was the best option for our group to choose for measuring the population abundance as we can easily estimate the population by marking the 5 stick insects chosen. It is best to use this method in a closed insect population. Although it may not be precise, we have reliable results to depend on for measuring our population.
