Kindergarten Questionnaire

Please complete by Wednesday 8 November 2023

We ask families to complete the attached form to assist us with getting to know your child.

This information will later be shared with your child's classroom teacher to provide them with a brief introduction to your child.

Best Start Interview Preference Form

Please complete by Friday 24 November 2023.

We ask that parents and carers nominate a preferred time for their child to sit their Best Start Interview. Please note while we try to accomodate all requests and usually can, this is an indication of your preference only not your child's allocated interview slot.

Allocated Best Start Interviews will be sent via email in late December.
