School Times and Supervision
The school playground is supervised by teachers from 8.45am onwards.
If you send your child to school before 8.45am, he/she will need to attend an authorised school activity or the Out of School Hours Care Centre, which is open from 7.00am.
No responsibility will be accepted for students who arrive to school before 8.45am or after they are dismissed in the afternoon at 3.10pm.
Children are expected to leave the school grounds promptly after dismissal.
Late Arrivals/Early Leavers are to go to administration where the student’s absence will be recorded.
More information will be provided about drop off and pick up procedures closer to school commencing.

TeamKids provide before and after school care each day on site at Gordon West - please contact them for more details.
Opening Hours
Before School Care: 6:45am - 9:00am
After School Care: 3:10pm - 6:15pm
Vacation Care: 7:00am - 6:00pm

Bus Routes.pdfWe recommend that Kindergarten students are accompanied by a parent or carer when learning to catch the bus home.
While teachers are on bus duty to assist with crossing the road they do not catch the bus with students.
