Buddy Program

We are really proud of the Buddy program we have at our school. Each Kindergarten student will be allocated a buddy from 2021's Year 6. The role of the buddy is to help ease transition and extend your child's social network. The buddies will sit with your child for some of lunch and recess, especially at the start of the year. Kindergarten students love having a 'big kid' to help them on the playground.

This year as we are unable to arrange a get together before the new school year starts, the buddies will be sending home a letter and a photo of them to your child. Your child might like to draw a picture for their buddy too and drop it off at school. ​
