We ran a learning day "1905 style"

Children are to be seen and not heard. Children will only speak when the teacher has spoken to them first. You must stay in your seat at all times. You must be on time for class. 

The resulting 'punishment' was a stoke for every time they broke the rules. The results were - enlightening.

No kids were harmed in our "Going back in time!" experiment!!!
