Students will learn the truth about the banana, how it grows, where it grows, and the history of the banana plant from ancient times to today. They will also engage in a fun and magical science experiment using a banana.
This workshop is a 50 minute introduction to Pollinator's and the Centre's How did that get in my lunchbox? Program. This program is available as a full day incursion.

Students will be introduced to some breeds of poultry that would suit a school or backyard. They will learn from our AgSTEM team about the husbandry necessary to support these birds including feed, shelter, hygiene and general care .
This workshop is a 50 minute introduction to Poultry and the Centre's new Poultry Program for 2022. This program is available as a full day incursion or semester based transdisciplinary program linked to design thinking and creating school based coops.
