We are pleased to invite our prospective 2023 Kindergarten students to attend two orientation sessions at our school this year.
In addition to the flyer below please read the information below regarding the organisation of this session to ensure that we have a successful and smooth transition for our prospective 2023 Kindergarten students on the day.
We ask that you enter via the front gate and meet us under the hall COLA. We have attached a map at the bottom of this page of our school to assist you with where to go on the day.
At both orientation days we will have your child's name printed on a sticker for them to wear during their session. When you arrive, please find your child's name and place it on their shirt. One of our friendly teachers will welcome you and your child and assist with taking them to a Kindergarten classroom.
Once children are collected parents are asked to wait under the hall COLA and make their way into the hall for an information session while the children engage in their activities. During their visit to our school students will engage in lots of fun activities including tracing/writing, drawing, listening to a story and enjoying some free play.
As students are only onsite for one hour with us please do not send them with any belongings.
Please note if you have not provided all the enrolment paperwork for your child, they will not be permitted to attend any onsite orientation sessions. It is a Department of Education requirement to sight all original identification. If you are unsure if you have provided all the requirement paperwork please contact our school via email or phone to check.
If you or your child are unwell for any reason please do not attend the orientation session. Anyone who presents at the school with symptoms will be turned away as per the NSW Department of Education guidelines.
Your assistance following these instructions is
GREATLY APPRECIATED
as it helps our orientation program to run as smoothly as possible.
Orientation visit drop off and pick up will occur under the hall COLA as indicated by the yellow star in the map above.
