EARLY INTERVENTION

If your child has seen or is currently seeing a specialist (Example: Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist or Pediatrician) it is important that you let the school know prior to starting the year and share information and reports from these specialists. The more information we have about a student the better we can support them at school.

If you have any concerns relating to your child’s health or development please seek advice from your GP.

KEY INFORMATION TO SHARE WITH THE SCHOOL

It is essential to let the school know before your child starts if there are any allergies or medical conditions, as well as any  major changes to your child's health. 

• Speech Therapist/OT reports or any medical information/reports

• Health Care Plans (Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Allergies)

• Pre-School reports
